復雜工(gong)件的CNC編(bian)程是先在計(ji)算(suan)機里進行的,下面以UG CAM系統為例簡單(dan)介紹計(ji)算(suan)機程序編(bian)制(zhi)的基本過程。

(1)數控銑床參(can)考模(mo)型(xing)準備和模(mo)板選擇。

①工(gong)件(jian)模(mo)型(xing)導(dao)入(ru)。編(bian)(bian)程需要(yao)模(mo)型(xing),該模(mo)型(xing)是(shi)加工(gong)要(yao)達到的最(zui)終形狀,工(gong)件(jian)是(shi)編(bian)(bian)程的主要(yao)參考依據,首先要(yao)在(zai)UG NX2.0操作界面內導(dao)入(ru)工(gong)件(jian)。

②毛(mao)坯(pi)模(mo)型(xing)創(chuang)建(jian)。編程(cheng)不(bu)但(dan)需要工(gong)(gong)件(jian),還(huan)要有被加工(gong)(gong)的(de)毛(mao)坯(pi)。用工(gong)(gong)件(jian)模(mo)型(xing)去(qu)分割毛(mao)坯(pi)模(mo)型(xing),割剩的(de)材料是要切(qie)除(chu)的(de)無用材料。切(qie)除(chu)材料的(de)范圍是UG CAM系(xi)統計算生成刀軌的(de)依據,所以毛(mao)坯(pi)也是編程(cheng)不(bu)可缺(que)少的(de)參考依據。另外UG CAM還(huan)具有仿真切(qie)削功能,能模(mo)擬整(zheng)個切(qie)削過程(cheng),因此進入UGC AM界面前,根(gen)據工(gong)(gong)件(jian)要求(qiu)及時(shi)創(chuang)建(jian)一個原始(shi)毛(mao)坯(pi)。

③模(mo)板(ban)選擇(ze)。準備好(hao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)和(he)毛坯就可以從CAD操作界面(mian)進入(ru)UG GAM操作界面(mian)。根據毛坯加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)成(cheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)需要的(de)(de)幾種(zhong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)類(lei)型(xing),選擇(ze)一(yi)種(zhong)模(mo)板(ban),被選模(mo)板(ban)內的(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)類(lei)型(xing)一(yi)定要包含(han)需要的(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)類(lei)型(xing),否則(ze)就不(bu)能一(yi)次把該(gai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)所有工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)步(bu)的(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程序編制完成(cheng)。

(2)數控銑床編程基(ji)本四要素。

①加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)文(wen)件(jian)(jian)(jian)夾(jia)(jia)。一個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)完成要(yao)用所(suo)選模板內的(de)(de)幾種加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)類型加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),要(yao)經過幾個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序和工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)步(bu)(bu),每(mei)(mei)個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)步(bu)(bu)需要(yao)—個加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程序,稱為加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)文(wen)件(jian)(jian)(jian)。加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)文(wen)件(jian)(jian)(jian)是用ATP語(yu)句表示的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程序,ATP語(yu)句不被所(suo)有(you)數控機床識別,只有(you)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)文(wen)件(jian)(jian)(jian)輸出時轉譯成通(tong)用的(de)(de)G代碼,才被數控機床識別,因此每(mei)(mei)個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)步(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)文(wen)件(jian)(jian)(jian)在(zai)輸出前需要(yao)存放在(zai)一個指定(ding)的(de)(de)文(wen)件(jian)(jian)(jian)夾(jia)(jia)內。為了區分工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序和工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)步(bu)(bu),加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)文(wen)件(jian)(jian)(jian)有(you)時特意要(yao)存放在(zai)幾個不同的(de)(de)文(wen)件(jian)(jian)(jian)夾(jia)(jia)內。

②加(jia)工(gong)刀(dao)(dao)具。每個工(gong)步(bu)加(jia)工(gong)需(xu)要(yao)選(xuan)擇一把刀(dao)(dao)具。

③幾何體。根據(ju)工件模型(xing)創建毛坯(pi)(pi)模型(xing),毛坯(pi)(pi)與工件相(xiang)對多余的(de)材料(liao)都是要切除(chu)的(de)材料(liao),也就是加工過(guo)程的(de)內容;刀軌(gui)的(de)確定也與切除(chu)材料(liao)的(de)位置(zhi)有關(guan)。所以,創建幾何體就是用(yong)來定義要切除(chu)材料(liao)的(de)范圍。

④加(jia)工(gong)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)。工(gong)件一般要經過粗加(jia)工(gong)、半精加(jia)工(gong)和(he)精加(jia)工(gong)三種(zhong)程(cheng)度的(de)加(jia)工(gong),加(jia)工(gong)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)用來定義每個(ge)工(gong)步的(de)加(jia)工(gong)程(cheng)度。

文件夾(jia)、加工(gong)刀(dao)具、幾何體和加工(gong)方(fang)法(fa)是(shi)組成(cheng)一(yi)個加工(gong)文件的(de)基本(ben)四要(yao)素(su),編程時應事先(xian)要(yao)把四要(yao)素(su)的(de)相關(guan)信息輸入(ru)計算機。

(3)數控銑(xian)床加(jia)工(gong)文件(jian)生(sheng)成(cheng)。加(jia)工(gong)文件(jian)生(sheng)成(cheng)要經(jing)過(guo)以下(xia)四個方面的(de)創建(jian)操作。

①創(chuang)建程序(xu)組(zu)。創(chuang)建程序(xu)組(zu)就是創(chuang)建加工(gong)(gong)文(wen)件(jian)放置文(wen)件(jian)夾的(de)程序(xu)次序(xu)結構樹(shu)。形成后(hou)(hou)道(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)要(yao)素被安排(pai)在(zai)前道(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)要(yao)素之(zhi)下(xia),前道(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)要(yao)素信息內(nei)容被后(hou)(hou)道(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)共享。前后(hou)(hou)工(gong)(gong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)要(yao)素同(tong)級(ji)放置,同(tong)級(ji)工(gong)(gong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)要(yao)素信息沒有共享關(guan)系(xi)。其他結構樹(shu)關(guan)系(xi)也是如此。

②創(chuang)(chuang)建刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)組。創(chuang)(chuang)建刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)組要確定刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)類型、刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)材質和刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)柄尺寸(cun),并(bing)設置刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)長度補(bu)償(chang)值(zhi)、刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)半(ban)徑(jing)補(bu)償(chang)值(zhi)和刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)號。刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)創(chuang)(chuang)建后UG CAM系統用一個刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)標志和刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)的名稱在(zai)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)結構樹(shu)中表示(shi)出來。

③創建幾何體。創建幾何體有創建加(jia)(jia)工(gong)坐標(biao)(biao)系(xi)(xi)和定(ding)義(yi)切除材(cai)料范圍(wei)兩層含義(yi),既(ji)要(yao)創建加(jia)(jia)工(gong)坐標(biao)(biao)系(xi)(xi)和指定(ding)坐標(biao)(biao)系(xi)(xi)在毛坯上的(de)位(wei)置(zhi),又要(yao)定(ding)義(yi)切除材(cai)料范圍(wei)。目的(de)是為CAM系(xi)(xi)統作為生成(cheng)刀軌(gui)分析計箅(bi)用,把(ba)刀軌(gui)和工(gong)件位(wei)置(zhi)關系(xi)(xi)用加(jia)(jia)工(gong)坐標(biao)(biao)系(xi)(xi)表示出來。

④創建(jian)方法。定義加工方法的目的是為UG CAM系統確定進給速(su)(su)度(du)、切削(xue)(xue)速(su)(su)度(du)和(he)切削(xue)(xue)深(shen)度(du)分析計算(suan)用,包含(han)加工程度(du)和(he)加工手(shou)段。加工程度(du)分粗加工、半精(jing)加工和(he)精(jing)加工;加工手(shou)段分鉆削(xue)(xue)和(he)銑削(xue)(xue)。

(4)數控銑床加工(gong)程序生成。

①刀軌(gui)生(sheng)成,在UG CAM系統內完成上(shang)述幾何(he)體定義、參數(shu)設(she)(she)置、刀軌(gui)生(sheng)成等編程設(she)(she)置后,就可以通過(guo)UG CAM系統中(zhong)的動態播放,在計算(suan)機內進行仿真切削,模擬加工過(guo)程。

②加(jia)工文件(jian)輸出。加(jia)工文件(jian)沒有輸出前是ATP語(yu)言(yan),輸出后自動(dong)轉(zhuan)譯成G語(yu)言(yan)程(cheng)序(xu),可(ke)用(yong)記(ji)事本或寫字(zi)板格式打開(kai)。加(jia)工文件(jian)輸出到(dao)機(ji)床(chuang)的控制系統后,就(jiu)可(ke)以進行(xing)加(jia)工了。
